What we do with the information you share.

When you use the contact form, you give us your name, email address, an optional phone number, whether you're a hotel buyer, a hotel owner or a general inquiry, the property you have in mind, and your message. When you ask for the hotel buyer's or seller's guide, you give us your name, email and optional phone number. When you sign up for our monthly newsletter, you give us your email and an optional name.

We don't ask for anything beyond that, and we don't collect payment details.

To reply to your inquiry, to send the guide you asked for, to send the monthly newsletter if you signed up, and to keep a record of the conversation so whoever picks it up next knows where things stand. That's it.

Your details are stored in this site's own database and copied into the customer database Dieter works from, so follow-up happens from one place. Access is limited to our team and our broker of record.

We don't sell your information, we don't rent it, and we don't share it with anyone for advertising. California residents should know we do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are used in state privacy law.

One email a month. Every issue carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us by phone or email to take you off the list. We keep your email on file afterwards only so we don't accidentally add you back.

The public side of this site runs no advertising pixels, no analytics scripts and no tracking cookies. The only cookie we set is a small display preference saved inside the logged-in team dashboard, which remembers whether that user's side menu is open.

Ask us and we'll tell you what we hold for you, correct anything wrong, or delete it — call or email and we'll do it, usually the same day. If you'd rather we never contact you again, say so and we'll mark your record accordingly.

We keep a record while there's a live conversation or an ongoing business reason for it, and for a reasonable time afterwards for our own compliance records. If this page changes in a way that matters, the "last updated" date at the top changes.
